She has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Management and nearly twenty years of business experience. She spent several years working on staff for a CPA firm, where she specialized in small businesses. She later used her small business expertise and served as an in-house managing accountant for mid-sized businesses in private industry.
